Farmhouse Dairies (up to 1,000 litres/day) ALPMA produces vats with capacities from upwards of 150 litres for manual and semi-automatic operations. Using the ALPMA modular system, production can grow with the demand for the product.
Small capacity installations (up to 10,000 litres/day) With small cheese vats with capacities from 400 litres, you can set up efficient production cycles. Ideal for processing up to 10.000 litres of milk a day and for all varieties of soft cheese. 
Medium capacity installations (up to 100,000 litres/day) Modern-day medium-size cheese-making factories are characterized by high levels of flexibility, a diversity of cheese varieties and an innovative approach. Curd preparation is both modern and fully continuous in efficient coagulators or in traditional cheese vats.
Industrial installations (up to and over 1 million litres/day) Continuous cheese production from the word go. With automated milk preparation, optimum portioning accuracy, constant conditions with climate-controlled conveyors and automated cheese treatment during the ripening phase, you as an ALPMA customer have the guarantee for unbeatable output and hence the success of your industrial cheese production.
