DKS 2000

Fully automatic moulding and wrapping machine for blocks.
The DKS 2000 is a fully automatic high-speed packaging machine for the precise dosing, moulding and wrapping of margarine, butter and other edible fats with different consistencies as well as other comparable products to sticks and blocks of various dimensions and weights.
After moulding the blocks will automatically be wrapped completely and leave the plant via a conveyor belt.
The Standard Packaging Plant Consists of:
  • Dosing station for the precise determination of the block weight.
  • Resting tube to give time to the product for further crystallization.
  • Moulding and wrapping machine with automatic paper device.

DKS 501p

Fully automatic dosing, filling and packing machine for bars.
The DKS 501/p is a fully automatic packaging machine, working on the bottom folding principle, for the precise dosing, filling and packing of margarine, butter and other edible fats with low viscosities as well as other comparable products to sticks of different dimensions and weights.
The wrapper will automatically be prefolded, filled and completely closed. The finished sticks leave the plant via a conveyor belt.
The Standard Packaging Plant Consists of:
  • Filling and wrapping machine with prefolding and filling station, and automatic paper device.
  • Dosing station for the precise determination of the block weight.
Capacity: Up to 5 t/h - single line
Wrapping range: 1 kg and 2 kg bars, sizes to customer's requirement.

BPM 2000

Fully automatic moulding and wrapping machine for slabs.
The BPM 2000 is a fully automatic high speed packaging machine for the precise dosing, moulding and wrapping of margarine, butter and other edible fats with different consistencies as well as other comparable products to slabs of various dimensions and weights.
After moulding the slabs will automatically be wrapped completely with the folding underneath the product. They leave the plant via a conveyor belt.
The Standard Packaging Plant Consists of:
  • Dosing station for the precise determination of the plate weight
  • Resting tube (if needed) for further crystallization.
  • Moulding and wrapping machine with automatic paper device.
Capacity: Up to 7,5 t/h

SABP 150

Semiautomatic packing machine for blocks, bricks and slabs
The SABP 150 is a machine for the precise dosing, moulding and semiautomatic packing of margarine, butter and other edible fats with different consistencies as well as other comparable products to blocks, bricks and slabs of various dimensions and weights. After moulding the front as well as the top and the underside of the block/slab will automatically be wrapped. The completion of the folding has to be carried out manually. Automatically folding is optionally available for the SABP 150.

DKD / VDK

DKD - volumetric dosing station
The station is equipped with a double volumetric high-pressure piston system mechanically controlled. It is designed for high-speed dosing of semi liquid and firm products from 1 to 25kg with a weight accuracy of ± 0,1% under high-pressure. Maximum output: about 25.000kg/h.
VKD - volumetric dosing station
The station is equipped with a volumetric piston system valve controlled. It is designed for dosing soft up to water-similar products from 1kg to 25kg with a weight accuracy of ± 0,1%. Maximum output: about 8.000kg/h.
The DKD/VKD dosing units are to be linked to our or other wrap or filling machines. Both aggregates are designed for CIP and built to the latest technical standard. With these units more than only one packing or filling plant can be fed.

Due to the discontinuous piston dosing system there are several short stops while the product is pushed through the resting tube. This post crystallization during standstill supported by high pressure indicates the "real and important resting time under light treatment" which guarantees the necessary high plasticity required for pastry products.
