Specific resting tube designs are available for different products such as table margarine, puff pastry margarine, bakery margarine and/or shortening whether it is for stick-, brick-, or block wrapping.

The Ivarson Resting Tubes include a water jacket for each flanged section allowing for circulation of tempered water according to the process and product requirements. Our resting tubes are mounted on an open stainless steel support frame with adjustable legs.

The flanged sections of the resting tube are bolted together as one assembly allowing for a product screen(s) to be mounted at a pre-selected position(s) between the flanges of the sections.

Resting tubes are required for proper development of the desired crystal structure and texture for products such as table margarine, puff pastry margarine, bakery margarine and shortening.
