Semiautomatic packing machine for blocks, bricks and slabs

The SAB 3000 is a machine for the precise dosing, molding and semiautomatic packing of margarine, butter and other edible fats with different consistencies as well as other comparable products to blocks, bricks and slabs of various dimensions and weights. After molding, the front, as well as the top and the underside of the block/slab, will automatically be wrapped. The completion of the folding has to be carried out manually. Automatically folding is optionally available for the SAB 3000.

The Standard Packaging Plant Consists of:

• Dosing station for the precise determination of the product weight.
• Resting tube to give time to the product for further crystallization.
• Semiautomatic wrapping machine with automatic paper device.

Capacity: Up to 15 packets per minute
Wrapping range: 1 kg to 25 kg. Sizes to customer’s requirements
Product fed: directly linked to the process plant within a closed system
Wrapper material: Paper, parchment or foil from a roll
Operation: 1 person for supervision only
