Ivarson Chip Machines

Machines constructed of stainless steel where machine contacts paper and product. The base and adjustable legs are stainless steel. Other framing is anodized aluminum. Bearings sintered bronze. The conveyor belt is Nylon or other suitable material. 2 HP motor for the Chip and 3HP for the Sheet with variable speed drive to synchronize machine speed to product flow rate.

Both machines connect directly to a closed system scraped surface heat exchanger or continuous butter churn.
Metering pumps are desirable in certain applications.
Special handling equipment is required for butter from batch churns, cube butter and other bulk products.
Chip machines have mechanical or electronic speed control. Sheet machines are furnished with SCR control for DC motor or AC adjustable frequency motor drive.
With a suitable flow metering device, electronic control machines can be furnished with external signal control to synchronize machine speed to product flow rate automatically.
