Fully automatic dosing, filling and packing machine for bars.

The DKS 501/p is a fully automatic packaging machine, working on the bottom folding principle, for the precise dosing, filling and packing of margarine, butter and other edible fats with low viscosities as well as other comparable products to sticks of different dimensions and weights.

The wrapper will automatically be prefolded, filled and completely closed. The finished sticks leave the plant via a conveyor belt.

The Standard Packaging Plant Consists of:

• Filling and wrapping machine with prefolding and filling station, and automatic paper device.
• Dosing station for the precise determination of the block weight.
