CONTIMAB PROFLEX®

Simon Freres, located in Cherbourg, France, is well-known in the dairy industry for its CONTIMAB butter churns.  With over 160 years of experience, Simon’s deep knowledge of the butter-making process allows them to offer the latest line of equipment, the new Contimab Proflex. Incorporating cutting-edge design and technology, the new line of butter churns is flexible, reliable, easy to maintain, and efficient.  While still incorporating the familiar three-stage design churning, separation and working 1, and vacuum and working 2, the Contimab Proflex can produce between 220 lb/hr -28,660 lb/hr.  The main advantages of the Contimab line of equipment are:

  • CONTIMAB PROFLEX® 200: from 1200 kg up to 3000 kg/h butter output
  • CONTIMAB PROFLEX® 300: from 2500 kg up to 6000 kg/h butter output
  • CONTIMAB PROFLEX® 400: from 5000 kg up to 13000 kg/h butter output
