BPM 3000

Fully automatic molding and wrapping machine for slabs.

The BPM 3000 is a fully automatic high-speed packaging machine for the precise dosing, molding and wrapping of margarine, butter and other edible fats with different consistencies as well as other comparable products to slabs of various dimensions and weights.

After molding, the slabs will automatically be wrapped completely with the folding underneath the product. They leave the plant via a conveyor belt.

The Standard Packaging Plant Consists of:

• Dosing station for the precise determination of the plate weight
• Resting tube (if needed) for further crystallization.
• Molding and wrapping machine with automatic paper device.

Capacity: Up to 7.5 t/h
Wrapping range: 1 kg to 5 kg slabs, sizes to customer’s requirement directly linked to the process plant within a closed system.
Product fed: Directly linked to the process plant
Wrapper material: Paper, parchment or foil from a roll
Operation: 1 person for supervision only
